<Elysium> PvE guild recruiting

We should have an message to advertise on global that we are recruiting.

How should message look?

What class we need? What spec?
- shaman, paladin, druid, priest (heal spec)
- protwarr, bear, tankadin
- mana-battery (shadow priest)


What kind of people we are looking for?
- off tank
- healers (duh )
- Hyjal attuned is a +
- min level 70 (?)



What is the server time when we raid?
- 10 pm server time



Next week we kill Archi, or wipe trying. Then screenshot and post on wowstorm forums that we cleared Hyjal. DONE

Other horde guilds (AFGM, LS) start to mention Elysium as horde guilds, when ppl ask. Be nice, always, and socialize more.

HS attuned will be a plus, else we will help out on it.

We had cleared Hyjal Summit, TK, SSC(not lurker ), Kara, Gruul and we are progressing into BT currently.

1. Don't expect the guild to help you, if you can't help yourself.

I leveled from 60 to 70 guildless. All i need is global/general for announces like LFG/LFM or WTB/WTS.
Also learn to use Google.com , Wowhead.com and other helpful guides for your class. I can't teach you how to play and what to do trough that small ingame-chat box.

2. Be nice, respect everyone, respect yourself

Don't go bitchy on guild chat with our members for various reasons like loot or personal problems. Don't ask for help then QQ that you don't recive it NOW! We realy have many other things to do, like farming reputation, materials, enchants... to improve our raid capabilities.

3. Don't start flame wars with other (horde) guilds

I have buddys in some horde guilds, also alliance guilds. They helped me with advices, good trades, money, mats and made the game to be more fun and enjoyable. I understand that sometime a conflict may occure for random reasons, but this dosen't mean you represent me or our guild. A small dose of competition is welcomed though.
