BOSS loots

hi,

well we are raiding almost everyday now and doing quite well considering the size of our guild :o

But after every BOSS kill, some of us maybe left disappointed that they did not get an loot, although it is not possible that every one gets something or the other, we can ensure that there is a fair system of distributing loots.

if anyone has any suggestions please post here and we can discuss further
